Gray caruncles?

One of my Muscovies had gray, wrinkly caruncles this morning. He's also very light and weak, poor boy. Does anyone know a cause, or a cure, or have advice? It wasn't winter weather.

Sounds perhaps anemic? I don't have Muscovies. I would bring him in, get him in a lukewarm tub, take a close look, get him on some poultry vitamins with electrolytes and probiotics. He may have had an infection. Ducks do not let us know early on when they are sick.
