I love my Violet! She is very sweet and shy and is the lowest on the pecking order. She seems to be a bit of a loner. I always give her extra treats :) hehe)I want to verify, I THINK she is a lavender Orpington, but I am a newbie and want to make sure :)

I just want to verify this young-in is a rooster. It was a sexed chick with a 94% guarantee to be a hen. It does not have any pointy sickle or saddle feathers and it is almost 16 weeks old. Please help me determine if this is in fact a rooster and not just a crowing hen. Thank you!!

They are pretty solidly slate with pinkish bottoms of feet. Here is a picture from about a month ago - they really haven't changed much except gotten bigger :) Thanks for the help :)
