Thank you for your help! I do watch the air cells during incubation so I will be able to make adjustments! I moved from sea level to 6000 ft above.. so the first year I hatched up here was a complete fail because I didn't make adjustments for the altitude and lower humidity we have up here!

We have a great chicken vet that would drain her with a syringe inserted into the area with fluid build up. She planned on teaching us how to do this when the fluid build up became more frequent, but sadly our girl passed before she showed us. If you post up on illness emergency thread I bet...
