Yes, those will be frizzled.
In your photo those frizzled feathers also look hair-like the way silkie feathers are. Cool.
My sizzles look different. They have curled standard feathers instead of curled silkie feathers.

Here are 3 chicks I hatched out in May. The first 2 are half sizzle, half cream-legbars. The last one is half sizzle, half Black copper marans.
