My chick hatched yesterday and it's head is hanging to one side! What's wrong with it? It also kinda tries to get up but then flops down on the side it's head hangs. Help!!!
Ok one more just hatched. Had to help it as it had not made any progress in 24 hours and it turned out it was in the wrong position. It is doing very good just like the others! They all look very healthy! 8 more to go and 2 more have just pipped!
Ok I have 12 eggs and so far only 3 have hatched and one pipped last night. Nothing from the others. The other eggs are slightly larger so do think that's why they are taking longer?
I used another thermometer to make sure the one that came with it was right. It is forced air and It kept it the perfect temp the whole time. They are heavy breeds so I thought it might take a little longer but I'm getting worried. Every time I candled they looked great.
