    Ok, just a question. I am so confused by the chicken genetic calculators! I have blue partridge brahmas and gold partridge brahmas. My Blue partridge roo over a blue partridge hen will throw what colors? I know bluexblue can throw blue, splash and black...but what about the partridge pattern...

    She's about 9 months old so still young yet. My gold partridge boys do have really nice heads and I'm actually picking up a 10 month old blue partridge trio tomorrow. I don't have a good picture of his head but the girls seem a little nicer than my current pullet so we'll see!

    They are only 4 months so they are not completely feathered in. I'm also a noob with the brahmas so I have no idea how they might appear in a young bird.

    Does anyone have pictures of VH on a young bird? I have two partridge cockerels that I'm thinking might have VH. I'll be bummed if they both do as I wanted to use one of them for breeding. I do have another black partridge cockerel coming my way so hopefully he's clean hocked.
