here is my 12 week old d'Uccle cockerel that we hatched out! I hope his tail is going to come in more. maybe this was a bad angle.

love those silkies.. and that's new with me. But, I am raising the D'uccles... no room for another breed now. Roosters are my favorite too. Whenever we have chicks, I always fall for the roosters, even before I know if they are a cockerel or not. If I like it, 10 bucks says it's a boy!

I am getting rid of 4 roosters on Saturday. I will try to get pictures of them. I sure do love my roosters, but we have 4 too many!!! I videoed them today. sigh.. my 13 week old babies are just beautiful! Chook especially! He is part Leghorn and Australorp! And he is wonderful!

Hedwig!!! I love the name! Might have to borrow it if one of our light colored chicks is a hen. Mr. Bigg is nice too for being so young!
