If you have issues with getting a shot like you want the portrait to be, then just give me a bunch of photos showing coloration, eye and ear set, mane, etc. and I can probably compile into something nice for you.

Horses were my first love. Drew them incessantly all growing up. If I have good detailed photos, I should be able to get you a nice likeness. :) I'm happy to put up an offer of a portrait later/when the list finishes, if you guys want.

Thanks. I love Oils, but toddlers makes it very difficult to devote the extended chunks of time necessary. I really like working with my hands directly and love the soft feel of pastels and find myself keep coming back to them.

Offer - a 14 x 17 inch portrait of your choice of animal done in soft pastels. Good detail photograph(s) of your chosen subject required. Here is one I did of the sire of one of my Aussie pups: I am happy to attempt a person, too, though am better with animals. ;)
