So if I breed a mottled to my blue pullets and then breed those back to the Mottled roo? The 2nd generation would be mottled?

I have a cockeral, that might be considerd calicoish. But hes 100% standard cochin. Purebred. He has mottled coloring, barred coloring, a little buff on his wings, some blue, and a light grey thats laced with white. He is BEAUTIFUl.
