Spring is in the air (at least in California!!!) and I am getting excited about our chick order from John Blehm! I am down for 5 wheaten ameracauna chicks BUT I will take any chicks that get unclaimed (because someone couldn't take them or whatever). Yipee!

When I hatch chicks of my own, I do not vaccinate them or medicate them. When I order chicks from a hatchery, I do. I don't feel militant about it, but think it is a good idea. If it is $15 to vaccinate the whole bunch, I'm glad to pitch in. BTW, what color eggs are these birds laying? Are we...
