Yes, please, I would love to see photos! haha! I've never had that, but have had beef heart, it's pretty good. I feed my dog heart or liver all the time. Looks like Beef Tongue is expensive though.

What type of vitamins are you giving her? It almost looks like Limberneck, which can be associated with Botulism or like @flypen mentioned, eating wet feed that could have gone rancid. Wry Neck is a possibility, but usually the neck is more twisted to the side or backward - give Vitamin E, B1...

This is just my thoughts, but it would be great if you would help - you guys have a lot of experience that we all could learn from. I try to do my best, but some days I fail miserably.
