I have something strange going on...over 2 weeks ago, my yearling goose Scout decided she wanted to be broody. Not her mom Sadie, mind you, just Scout the baby. I had left 7 of their eggs there in the nest to encourage broodiness for about 2 weeks. they didn't show any interest til 5/16 when...
Here are our current goslings... sold, but still here. They'll be going to their new owner in 1 1/2 weeks. But for now, we're having fun with them and bonding with them so they'll love people. The 2 bigger ones are going to be 3 weeks old on Tuesday. The 2 little ones will be 1 week old on...
I don't think they'd be done yet! Have you searched ALL OVER in case they may be hiding them? I found some not in the normal spot here already. Its a hide and seek job every day just in case they lay them elsewhere on me.
I haven't shipped any goslings yet, but I'm willing to if someone tells me how to. I uploaded some recent pics to my egg sale thread, but here are a few....

Thanks Becky, I found 2 more today! So that's 4 eggs in 2 days for us! Haven't decided if I'm selling them or going to try to hatch them and sell the goslings......decisions, decisions.
Sure thing- as long as everyone is laying then....Good Luck with your hatch now, and let's hope nice weather starts to hit us all very soon! Last year spoiled me!

Just let me know when! I'm hoping this is the beginning of both girls laying pretty steadily...our weather has been crazy! Cold, then over 40 or 50, then cold and freezing rain, then 50 and windy and rainy again. The only consistent thing is the MUD! They don't mind it, but I hate the mud...
Edited: I just went outside and we have ice everywhere with some wet snow on top of it in places. That's the only way to walk safely, step from snow patch to snow patch...my poor birds. We had freezing rain all day Friday then snow (~5") late Friday night into Saturday. The snow is melting, and...
