    I would say yes to both being Dixie Rainbows. That is the reason they are called Rainbows, because there are different colors and patterns in them.

    Not likely. Each hatchery have their own "recipe" for their birds. They all have some kind of broiler in them but the crosses are different. But yet they are similar in that they are basically meat birds. Color schemes are quite close too.

    That top picture is definitely is a rooster. Had one like him once. He made somebody a good pot if dumplings I'm sure. Sold him.

    Don't have any yet but sure am thinking about getting me some. I just got to make another pen or get rid of something else, and don't want to do that.
