Thanks I was just wondering . I have a blue copper hen and cuckoo hens and only a cuckoo rooster . I was going to put her (blue copper hen)in with the cuckoos. Just wondering info hatched chicks if the hens would be blue cuckoo?? Thanks!!

Thanks for your help. I have a lavender am with them also for an oe project. Being we were talking barring genetics of the cuckoo earlier roosters carry 2 genes, hence double barring. ( I know about the pea comb and blue egg gene. I know about the crossing to get an oe. I have a couple.)Any ways...

I love the forum. I have a question. I have 4 cuckoo Marans . I know usually the rooster has double barring and hens have single barring. What is sought after more double or single? 2 of my hens have single barring. My other hen has double barring.
