well, I have been using them and have noticed a diminished fly population! Well, was still hesitant to believe it really worked, bought some spray to renew the scent on the trees and while cleaning the run and coop...went back and ALL flies were gone! it does work, just out in the run I have to...

My vanilla trees seem to help, but not to the degree that I would like, I think I need more!! Will buy some more and report back soon

I think it may have to do with the brand you may be using? I am not noticing as much of a decrease in the fly population as I would like...will keep trying though! the flies were awful yesterday and today..

ok ya'll...we got 9 fresheners on Monday the 5th...we put 1 in our 4foot by 8 foot coop I put 2 by my backdoor/recycle area and 4 in the 12 foot by 16 foot run...I may the remaining 2 put them out in the pm and the flies were AWFUL..next morning the flies by the recycle area and the back door...
