I forgot to note when I put eggs in the incubator. I have been trying to determine date by candling and size. Any suggestions?

Glad you could join the flock! Here is a chart for air cell growth during incubation, it should give you some idea of how far along they are if your humidity has been a good average ~
Also the more full and ark your egg is inside the further along in development they are. Here is a link for some candling pics for you to check your eggs against ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/web/viewblog.php?id=230
