I do a lot of baking and that requires room-temperature ingredients. When I only had refrigerator eggs, I've put them on the counter to warm up without a problem. That would usually only be for an hour or two, I don't know about longer.

Why?

Were they washed prior to refrigeration?

I avoid this situation by leaving them all out on the counter, if need to be washed and refrigerated I use them right away out of the fridge.

Baking use is a good point......and a couple hours would probably be ok since they will be completely cooked.

Great article on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.

Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.

Chicken math is not just 'addition'...but also should include Division, Multiplication and especially Subtraction!!!
