Chick out of the shell too soon ....

Personally, I wouldn't give the chick much hope, but that doesn't mean we can't try right? I would put a damp paper towel in the bottom of a mug/coffee cup and lay her in there and make sure that it is under a light/warming light, but do not let the temps go over 100F or below 95F. About the only thing that you can do is wait it out and see if it survives. I am surprised that it did not bleed out from being removed from the egg prematurally, so it's got to have something going for it.
 
I agree with the others. And once you get him in a cup, you may try to drip a little water on his beak from your finger to see if he will try to take a drink. Is he alert at all?

I'm sorry. It was really great to try to help. Even broody birds don't always have a 100% success rate. Have fun with the ones that did hatch! And according to husband chicken math, that brings your total to about 8?!?!?
