The reason I said that it may be a bantam, is because I have 4 OEGH. Yours may be a mix like SONYA9 may have suggested about a loose rooster in the hatchery.LOL.
They came from TS. so all is possible that a chick got loose in the store... Nice person caught it and put back where they thought it jumped from.... MANY LITTLE CHICKS LOOK SIMILAR. Give this some thought.
