Sinus Surgery Video

It is a shame that someone let it get to the point that it had to be cut out as a hard pellet. I have had my share of sinus infections to deal with, but we have always been able to squeeze it out through the eye socket. As long as the infection is still soft it is much easier on both the bird and the owner. Still, I guess, it is good to know that there is a way to deal with the issue after it has gotten out of hand.

I hate the thought of people cutting a bird will-nilly when it is not necessary and could be dealt with much less trauma.

How would I get it out without cutting it?

Some people manage to milk it out, but I suspect it might be too late for that. @KsKingBee and @OkieQueenBee might have some suggestions for you.
