Tuesday Morning as I was walking up the Hill to the Chicken House ,I could hear loud thumps coming from the Chicken House. Before I could take two more steps I could hear glass breaking and two of My Roosters came flying through the Window.

As soon as They hit the ground They were Fighting. Boy was I mad ! I yelled at Roscoe and TJ to stop They stopped fighting and started Crowing, My Neighbors and Friends are all Laughing and said I need to rename the Chicken House "The Chicken House Bar and Breakfast.''

Or Chicken House Saloon, I can see a scene in a western movie where the 2 guys come out of the swinging saloon doors.

Was there a "lady" involved?
 
That is a funny story but I know it probably wasn't for you. We put that fine hardware cloth (what we used for our coop and run) over the inside of our windows so our chickens would not be able to break the glass (they kept climbing on the window sill). Think that would work in your situation as far as protecting your windows. Glad you were home when it happened!
 
Most of the Windows have that wire over the inside .But can't remember Why that one didn't. The Window They broke goes to the covered Wire Lot . One of My older Neighbor's said" I was Crazy to put Windows in the Chicken House."
