Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

Can someone please take a peek at my post from a day ago? It's two pages ago. I'm really curious what your thoughts are if they are roosters. This is my first year of chicks. Thanks.

They both look like pullets, but I'm not 100% on Chick 2.

The 2nd seems to have more comb development but not knowing their breed makes it harder to say.

She is an EE but her comb is way bigger than the other EEs behind her and she's always looked a bit more scraggly than the others also has really long feathers and wings compared to the others. She was the runt of the group but very feisty. Here is an up close shot of the head I just took.

I don't know the breed of the white one. It was a mystery chick. Maybe a whiting true blue or another EE but those are just guesses.

EE's normally have a pea comb and a beard but since they are basically mutts, there is the chance they might not. They can also come in just about any color. This could be your mystery chick since it appears to have a single comb. Neither look like they'll have a beard and I'm not seeing much waddle development but they may not develop at all. I could be wrong about that. I'd say wait a week or two and post some more pics.

Hello all! Have a few too many chickens, and have decided to give 3 pullets to a refugee family. My 6, 5-6 week olds are the ones in pulling from. Wanting to try as hard as possible not to give them a rooster. They were purchased as pullets from Rural King sho chances are good. I posted a week and a half ago and one seemed cockerel-ish. Age is a bit of a guess. We've had them 4 1/2 weeks but they didn't look tiny tiny when we got them. Had some wing feathers.

Thanks for everything!

That's so strange because there are no pointy feathers, no pointy saddle feathers and her head ones are broad although, most are still incased and haven't opened yet. What a bummer :( thanks
