Hi, silkie x polish about 11 wks any ideas please?

Sexing both polish and silkies is very difficult IMO. But on polish you can normally tell by the feather shape, how red the comb is (not in your case since it's black like silkie) and the hairdo, on polish the female crest tends to stay in a bubble shape where the males get a crazy straggly long crest.

For sexing your bird, I'd say if you can not tell by the hackles and saddle feathers, then you have to watch for behavior. That is a very cute chicken though!
 
Judging by the size of the comb, coloring and pencilling going on there, I'd say it looks like a pullet. Cockerels that leak gold like that usually also pop red patches and they lack the pencilling.

Thank you so much for your replys fingers crossed for a pullet, she's just settling in at the moment , no sign of aggression on her behalf but my head hen has been putting her in her place. She has learn't quick that if she fly's on the coop my silkie cant reach her lol x
 
I'm getting a little bit worried about this little one now, she/he is getting picked on not only by my head hen and her wing commander but by all the lower younger hen's too, is this still just sorting ranks, or is it a sign its a roo? I introduced him/her to my small flock a few days ago
