Help with gender predictions

This is so cool. Is it a positive thing when they jump on your shoulder or are they return to assert their dominance? Our little pekin walks up our arm onto our shoulder.
If you ever feel like your cockerel is going to turn on you, then don't allow him anywhere near or above your head. Getting higher or at your level can make a male feel like he is succeeding at being more dominant than you. But if he stays friendly then you don't have to worry about that.

Updated pictures- here they are at 10 weeks old. It looks like the white one is a cockerel and the black one is a pullet. The white one has large red wattles & has always had thicker legs and been taller.

I would also appreciate if anyone could tell me the name of their colouring? The white one has now developed grey through its neck and splashes of brown. The black one isn’t solid black- is it blue?

I agree, the white one looks like a cockerel, and the other a pullet, for now. The white one is splash, with some red leakage, and the dark one does look like blue, so she's white crested blue.
