Duckling legs weak... what's wrong?

She wouldnt sit still enough to tell! She seems to be better though.

For future reference though, what does the leg positions mean?
 
Im new to raising ducklings and i have one duckling that started to have some leg troubles a couple of days ago. I am using the poly vi sol baby vitamin without the iron in the water and ive also been puttinf brewers yeast in its food. Its swollen and i used a towel soaked in an epsom salt water and held it on the leg for 5 minutes. Ive been trying to let it swim in my tub too. Ive has rhe ducks for about a week now and the leg started actibg up about 5 days ago. What else can i do for the little guy? It looks like the knee of his leg is also turning a little purple and im worried its not getting blood to the foot. The webbing in between the toes is also not as veiny as the others
Help! I dont know what else to do for this little guy!
