We have a cockerel that was attacked he went totally lifeless I can only suggest what I did he made a full recovery. We kept him in the house to keep him warm I would wrap him in a towel syringe him water 3 times a day then made scrambled egg with crushed pellets in. I had to feed him for 3 days little n often and honestly I thought we would loose him.but over 3 weeks he got better at picking food from my hand then eventually the plate. That's all I can suggest keep her warm, hydrated n fed. It may feel hopeless but it's worth trying.

I just keep the mash under where here head will drop, and when she feels it she slurps a little!
 
With ours he had no wounds just I think it was the hits to the back of the head his eye sight seems effected unfortunately but he is getting better bless him. But he was at deaths door but we got him through he is fine now :) . You get so attached to them don't you but yeah scramble egg was really helpful he found it easy to eat n you can mix other things in it hope this helps you
 
We have A black copper marans and she is so sweet, too. we hatched her so she's bonded with us.I love her! the chicken in the pic isnt her though =(
