It is a very nice coop. You could add more ventilation above the door and then directly across from it also. And I think windows are always nice. I would add at least one more. You can make the inside of the coop brighter by painting it white or another light color also. I painted the inside of my coupe white and the inside of the nest boxes dark Forest green. It was the only dark color I had
