We've figured out what most of our mystery Bantams are now but this one still has us puzzled. We got a nice mix of 3 Cochins, a Buff Brahma and a solid black one that we're also still not sure about.

Can anyone give me a breed and gender identity on this one? I appreciate the help.

Here are some baby pic's of this one. I'll get some pic's of the black one. Closest thing we can find that looks like it is maybe a Le Fleche but, I'm not sure.

Here are some more of the black one. Sorry they aren't better, she doesn't like to be handled and is a little anti-social, even with the other birds somewhat. Even when I have treats, she'll often hang out on the edges or not get involved at all and while I have the others out ranging the yard, she'll usually hang out in the coop.

Looks like my black Sumatra

Black Sumatra was the other thing we were thinking but, she didn't look like a Black Sumatra chick. We thought she matched the Le Fleche better as a chick being mostly black with just a little white in her.

I think the comb and leg/face color is wrong for the Le Fleche though. Black Sumatra is probably the most likely answer.

She's a Bantam, right? Does she have a regular comb or a rosecomb? Also, are her earlobes red or white? There are a few different things she could be. If she has white earlobes and a regular comb, then she may be a Black Dutch (I have a rooster and a pullet right now, but they are solid black, no white on them). If she has white earlobes and a rosecomb, she may be a Black Rosecomb. From the pictures of those, they seem to have a tiny bit of white on their breast - does she have white on her breast?
