Need Advice for baby chick

I have a mixed breed chick that is 2 weeks old that the hen in a panic stepped on her baby. Noticed no blood, but Chick is favoring her one side and went limp instantly. I have put hen and chick in a cage, but not sure what to do. Not sure if separating chick from hen is a good idea. chick is standing, but looks in pain. Any suggestions what I should do next?

If no one else comments in about a week or you notice that the chick is looking worse and worse, I would recommend taking the chick to a vet that specializes in chickens. I know it isn't the best thing to do but it might help.
