.I'm glad that you agree with the 35%. I hatched a batch of Guinea eggs two years ago from shipped eggs. I had about a 90% success rate on that hatch. So naturally I thought that it could be repeated with chicken eggs. Little did I know the difficulty that I was facing. This batch will be my last shipped eggs. I plan on waiting til next year when I can incubate my own eggs. I have really learned a lot, and have lots more to learn, but what a fun journey!

I love a challenge so I've been determined when it comes to shipped eggs myself. I'm hoping these eggs that you get will be just a shade or two lighter, since they are coming from a different breeder. Just remember to try and see how much damage has been done to the air cells and you want to really go easy the first few days and get them to stabilize. Keep us posted here on the new batch. :fl
Next spring when you hatch your own eggs it will be a breeze!!! :gig
