What's wrong with this hen (small white bumps, mareks?)

I have a 4-5 month old silkies who suddenly couldn't walk properly and was very wobbly. I thought she had mareks for sure as I've had others who have died from it but lost none for quite a while from it. The others that I've had die from it usually die 2-3 days after they start to become paralysised however this hen has been this way for about a week now. She's eating and drinking and doesn't have diarrhoea. She can still walk although very wobbly, lifts her legs high and sits down after a little while. Today however, I've noticed, after being away for a few days (a neighbour was minding her) that she has these small white growths?? on both sides of her face which I've never seen before. Does anyone know what these are and if they're linked to her inability to walk properly?? I've had her on chicken vitamin powder mixed into her water in case of a vitamin deficiency but she doesn't seem to be improving or getting worse, apart from the appearance of these white bumps.
Thanks in advance :)

Could they possibly be lice eggs?? I didn't think of this as a possibility before as I only treated the whole flock with some pestene powder about 2-3 week ago and she didn't appear to have any lice under her wings when I wormed her, however I did just notice a few lice on her face. I'm wondering if perhaps she does in fact have mareks and so she's suffering from secondary things as a result of a weak immune system??

I hope someone can chip in, sorry I wouldn't know anything! Best of luck! Keep an eye on her and if she there's any more action let us know (if she gets better or worse, if you start treating her with something, etc.) Keep us updated!
