Well am in ghana now,the weather now is hot we would enter the cold season from june,they are almost fully feather now ???

Whilst i do brood indoors, I remove the heat source at 10 days and its likely to be significantly cooler and less humid where i live, so yep, your chicks may not have needed additional heat for some time.

I'd wait 2 more weeks. Just to make sure they will be warm. I have three 9 week old buff Orpingtons and they are outside, happy and healthy. They are also fully feathered.

They should be good to go. Many people turn off the heat at 3 weeks if the chicks are in the house. You can always give them a huddle box.
