White spots on combs and rooster's wattle

I use the pellets. Usually they come in 1/4in instead of 3/16 so I will mix a wet mash of 75% layer pellets and 25% Alfalfa pellets. Makes the yolks super orange too.

Between the rooster's moving and my crummy camera, I can't get a decent picture of the small, white spots. My camera is next to worthless and getting worse. I'm about to throw it away and buy a new one.

I know it`s an old thread but it is the closest one to my Roosters problem I could find.
It was very cold last night and today the Rooster looks like this

It is maybe hard to see but he has a white area on his comb in the back
and his wattles have some discoloration in the front.
What can I do?

BTW, does anyone know what breed this rooster is?

Thank you
