White leg horns help

Unsure of age. We bought them almost 3 weeka ago from tractor supply. They got the final shipment in on a thursday and we picked them out that friday. I chose them by wings. I thought i chose all pullets. My friend says one is a roo. They said its a roo because the comb is a little bit bigger than the rest. They all have lost most of their down. Except for two are a little behind. Two have smaller tail feathers then the rest and are taking a little longer to get their feathers in. Not much though. Here are pictures of the day we got them and picturea of them now.

Okay. Any idea if the one in question may be a roo? I have a friend who said they wouod take him if so out in the country. We live in the city and arent allowed to have roosters. If he is, when wouod he start to act rooish? We planned on getting 3 females and made our coop plenty big enough, and they have a 10' run. We almost lost one on easter due to stress etc. But i brought her with me to my in laws in a cat carrier and towel and hust kept her close and warm and she was fine later that night. The others were picking on her and she was wet and flopping around the bottom of the cage not able to get up so i just brought her with us. She is fine and all are good. My husband wont be bothered by one less chick, however ive gotten attached and love them all. The only good thing about it would be id still get to see my roo when we go visit on the weekends. Would it be a bad idea to get another female to replace the roo? Id look for one similar in age but not sure if i could find another leg horn. Is it too late to add a different breed in if so?

No, Its not a bad idea to add in another chicken. You can even do what breed you want. I think it will be fine. Yes, The one standing in the back looks like a rooster. I think he should start acting rooish in a couple weeks.

You've got at least one cockerel for sure. Still to young to know for certain on any of them. 5-6 weeks is better age to start determining sex accurately. Wing sexing only works for very few breeds that have been bred for it.

Any tips for getting them to go in the coop at all?

I've got some WL chicks about the same age.
I think I've got a roo or two among the 9 we have. What do you all think about these?
Any cockerels?

They both look like cockerels to me.
