That's all so far....

Had a disaster though, the cheese I love to make blanco ....failed today....first time in 8 months!!!! Must have been multi tasking too much....

I'm heading back in for making either dumplings or rice.....MMMMMM....decisions.
 
now this is a dangerous topic. my friends always yell at me on facebook for posting what i am cooking.

for dinner tonight will be:

I already cooked/baked so much the past two days of: chili, honey/wheat/almond bread, 100% whole wheat bread, and tomato soup that today, in honor of my 3rd son fixing my internet (which I messed up a week ago!) I'm baking him a French Vanilla cake with a can of fruit cocktail (drained) in the cake to be topped with lemon frosting:) I have to work a midnight tonight and tomorrow night so I cook/bake the two days prior for left overs unless 3rd son is cooking. (Other two, elder sons live out of state)
 
I made fresh Hummus and warm pita bread with a large relish plate.
I tried a new hummus recipe and this ones the keeper!
Darling Husband was so excited her had seconds. That's rare around here.
 
I'm making my granola right now, but I haven't made anything else today because I don't feel good. You send that pot holder pie my way, I don't mind a bit...

Can anyone explain how to make a simple fritata to me.... I'm clueless and for some reason really want to try one!
