Well, considering they are phesant chicks.. it might be a snow ring neck... White Version of a Ring neck...

if its not a pheasant... its more than likely a white chicken chick.

Alaskan Snow ringneck chicks usually have a few dark spots. Can't see it that good, but the chick looks solid, so I would quess it is a white ringneck.
 
are any of your pheasnats for sale I am looking for one rooster and three hens but they have to be black pheasants but I will not pay for 25 bucks a bird and can you ship them
