I live in the Kansas City area.  Will be moving in a few months to Texarkana.  Just made the trip down Hwy 71 this week.  I love Mena.  It is such a beautiful place.

I second that!  That's the main reason we do all our business in Mena vs. going south to Texarkana.  Unfortunately our jobs and the farm keep us from getting just a little closer to Mena, but it's not a bad drive.  We were there on Saturday for an auction and I love everything about that town.  I like Texark okay, but it's too big city for me anymore.  Hope all goes well with your move and you find lots of blessings in your new home.  smile

I'm located in north central AR, just outside of Highland and Cherokee Village. For better reference, we are about midway between Jonesboro and Mtn. Home.

New to the group and no chickens yet. Just a trailer full of lumber wating on the rain to stop, so that I can start on the coop. I'm an ex-city boy (New Orleans, LA area), retired to 15 acres in the country.

We're east of Hot Springs about 20 miles, in the Ouachita foothills. Jest about 100ft. above the stream.

Hello from Southern Arkansas.
(I've lived all over this beautiful state!)
We last pastored at Harrison before we took the church down here.
