help female hen trying to mate with another female hen! wat to do?

Thank you so much for your help. I thought something was wrong when one of my hens started humping the other hen. She had stopped laying several months ago and is beginning to look more and more like a rooster.
 
I have a large Astraulorph hen who does this to some of the other hens. A few of them are missing feathers from their head, and have feathers pulled from their bodies it seems. I'd prefer that the 'boss hen' not do this! Was considering getting a roo. Do you know if the boss hen will chill out if I add a rooster to the flock?
 
I am having this issue as well with my fayoumi hen. I figured that it was just a dominance thing as other animals will do this as well such as dogs and cats. My fayoumi hasn't started laying for me yet, so I had a thought that it was possibly a rooster but it is definitely not. Lol
