I just thought I'd share with you that the largest blood spot I ever found in an egg was in an Egglands' Best!!!
 
Pickled eggs... I know they exist, but I have never tried them (either making or eating). I'm willing to try anything once.

Anyone have a good recipe they'd be willing to share?
 
I do really well marketing my pullet eggs to the elderly. I actually have 3 little lady's who every week fight over first pick. For the three lady's it's not about the size it's that they actually really want the pullets eggs. They are now super excited that I can now offer them Maran's pullets eggs.

I sell 'pullets dozens' in 18 count cartons.
6 hens egg then enough pullet eggs to make weight of L to XL dozen (24-27oz).
Price stays same, simple for customer and my accounting.
