BYC Search Tools - Don't Be Afraid Of Them!

I love the search except for one thing, when I search something and find a topic, I wish it would show what page it is on. Would this be possible?
 
Searching within topics is on our todo list. Until then, the best thing to do is to search as detailed as possible by selecting specific forums and then show the results as posts. That way you can go right to the post with the search results.

Thanks so much for the info on search. I WAS having trouble and finally looked up how to search, glad I did. NOW I am finding things instead of wading through a lot of unrelated stuff. THANKS misty
 
My google search at the top of the page isn't working? HELP!


I used to have it and would spend HOURS, most of the night far too often, reading great stuff. Love BYC!
 
THANK YOU for telling me where to search... even though it clearly says search in the blue bar. I had been using the google search and was frustrated because it went to the web. Apparently I am not very observant!!! Thanks again!!!
