Can You Help Identify?- Steals Eggs, Ignores Chickens

My chickens are in a large coop off the ground. They have an enclosed run. Until two weeks ago egg production was up as days got longer and we were up to about 6-8 eggs a day. Then we had a sudden huge snowstorm and for the last two weeks I believe we got ONE egg in total. I thought at first maybe the storm sent them into shock but two weeks later and nothing? So yesterday I examined the run and found about a two inch round circle hole in one portion of it. I plugged up the hole best I could for now and a few hours later...three eggs. What is so small it could make that size hole, climb up a ramp, get in the coop, climb into nest boxes, and steal 6 or so eggs a day, especially without my two roosters or the chickens making a ruckus?

Skunk, most likely. They can get through a small hole. And if it's a female, you won't necessarily smell any musky smell at all. If you have the hole plugged don't worry about it, just watch for additional holes that it might dig. Skunks do a great job of keeping rodents away, and they are pretty peaceable otherwise.
