Can or would chickens eat potato peelings? Mine are 12 weeks old and I'm peeling potatoes this morning.

Cooked potato peels are ok but don't feed them raw potato peels.
No, don't feed them the raw peels. If you want, you can cook them first, then give them to the chickens. When you see the green when you are peeling potatoes, that is a toxin.

I've seen mine eating potato peels I throw out into the compost pile. None of them have died from it yet.

Mine love the raw potato peelings, started with five still have five. Seem to be fine for my chickens
