Check with Carl Brantley in Wilksboro, NC. He has BY FAR the best Orientals in the country. He is president of the "Oriental Hard feather Club of North America" I have seen his birds and they are phenomenal!!! Not sure if I should post his phone number here so maybe you can google him. His birds are not cheap but they are some of the best.
