FORT WAYNE CHICKEN ORDINANCE-UPDATE WANTED!

Yes, it appeared I could. To be sure, I called them at 260.449.7607 and the very nice and helpful people confirmed that my address is, in fact, allowed to have chickens. I recommend you do the same.

I called the city , I think it was and they said " anything considered livestock is not permitted. I said not even a couple only? No.

I know it has been some time since you posted this, but there is currently a petition going around for the legalization of chickens in the city of Fort Wayne. It is hosted by Care2, if you google it, I am sure you will find it. I am a resident of Fort Wayne and earnestly hope this petition works. If it doesn't, I am going to plan a peaceful protest downtown. Please sign the petition and share it on facebook if you can.
