So, while my wonderful husband was outside digging up the yard for the underground coop that we're attempting to construct, I took some pictures of my babies to share. :D

Glad that your chicks are doing well! What do you mean by an underground coop? That sounds really interesting!

I'm glad that someone is loving those poor showgirls... To me, they have a neck that only a mother could love.

Thank you! I really do love the showgirls - they're such adorable little babies. LOL, of course Lola! What a great name.

TD ~ I got the idea from this forum, actually. Google underground chicken coop and it'll come right up - we thought it was such a cool idea so we're giving it a go. Plus, the other hens very much appreciated the bug supply they were treated to while my husband dug up the yard, lol. What? You're kidding right??? I love those naked necks - they crack me up.

The underground coop is a really nifty idea. I hope we can manage it.
