At the bottom of the dark pit, Linden struggled to maintain an optimistic view of his situation. For the last hour he had attempted to climb out of the pit, but the dark hid any footholds or ledges which would have assisted him in making to ten foot ascent to safety. Now that his clothes were wet and muddy, he began to feel the effects of the cold ground not being warmed by the sun. Since the average temperature of the ground is about 8 degrees Celsius (46F), the temperature in the pit was fairly consistent at that as opposed to the warmer conditions on the surface. His exhaustion and wounds aside, his body soon found it challenging to maintain the proper internal temperature and he began shivering with cold.

Brylla knew there was some truth to the elf's words. But it was not of immediate concern to her, so she did not acknowledge it.

"I'll just..." she stopped mid-sentence, mouth agape, as a terrifyingly large white cat came into view. The tiger was still some distance away, but seemed to be headed their direction. Something smaller sat upon it's back and Brylla watched whatever it was fall to the ground.

The bandit glanced nervously at the elf to gauge her reaction to it, wondering if the elven woman had somehow summoned the creature.
Raven had moved enough to see the woman, then turned when she went silent and stared at the tiger "A white tiger" She said softly, and clutched her bow tighter for a moment

Unless the elf was a very good actress, Brylla judged that the elf was as surprised by the tiger as herself. She watched as a another figure picked up the smaller one and put it back on the tiger's back. Was that Karin!? And the smaller figure the boy?

Feeling thoroughly confused, she moved toward the tiger, but kept glancing back at the elf to ensure the woman wasn't preparing to send an arrow through her heart.

Brylla looked uncertainly between Karin and the white tiger. "Karin?" she called out to the younger girl. "What is going on?" Brylla's bow was still draw, but she held her fire, still searching for some explanation of what she saw before her. When the tiger advanced, Brylla took a few steps backwards until she backed into a tree.

Tianea growled softly and karin nodded. Karin untied mavis and started dragging him off. Tianea advanced on both Raven and Brylla growling and teethed bared.
Mavis knotted his hands together into one huge fist and waited for Karin to finish untieing him from Tianea. Once his arms were free he swung his fist at Karin and cracked it across her cheek as hard as he could. "That's for betraying me." He hissed. Then he kicked out with both feet tied together and hit her hard in the knees with his boots. "And that's for being a jerk." As much pain as he was already in, the feeling of hitting Karin felt like the best thing in the world. It almost made the rest go away temporarily.

Karin felt the harsh blows but remained standing. She smirked. "I was trained to endure such blows. Your useless flailing doesnt hirt." She treid her hardest not to look like she was hurt and delivered a blow to mavis's head knocking him unconcuis. Once he was out she collasped in silant tears.

Tianea stalked forward ignoring raven. Then she did a running leap andtackled brylla knocking thegirls head backing the tree andknocking her out. Tianea ran off with blod driping frm her stomache. The arrow bry,la had notched had cut her belly. Growling she ran off.

Mavis ducked and tried to dodge the blow to his head, but was not fast enough due to the ropes which still bound his hands and ankles together. He half fell, half slid the remaining distance off Tianea and landed limp on the ground with a dull thump.
