I've actually got a lot of chickens already, including Barred Rocks, White Rocks, Naked Neck Turkens, Frizzled and Smooth Easter Eggers, Australorps, Dorking mixes, Silkies, and a few barnyard mixes along with my Bielefelders, so I probably won't be buying any more breeds any time soon. All of my birds did really well in the AZ heat except the Biels....but I've absolutely no regrets about getting some. My Bielefelder roosters are the best boys I could ever hope to own...even if my very snuggly Biel hens are proving a bit disappointing.
