Is it possible or safe to process a bird that has frozen to death?

We've had insanely cold weather that last few days so we made sure to put all our birds in their houses but even still their waterers have frozen. This morning one of our meat ducks had frozen in it's water bucket and was dead. I'm wondering if I can still process it or if it's better to just let it go. We've never had this happen before so we're unsure what to do. Thanks.

If I knew for a fact that it had been only a few hours in freezing temps I'd harvest the animal, otherwise I'd offer it to the wildlife. That's just a personal note and I won't offer any science regarding biology and food holding temps.
