This is the first year I've had chickens and my two BSL pullets are of the more curious bunch! They are 9 weeks old and I have had no issues with them!

Coleen and Jolene were two of my smallest chicks.

Martha (bantam americauna) behind Jolene.
They were of the first to roost on our temporary hockey stick roost:)

This is Coleen, sassy as ever!:)

Awww she's so cute! My Black sex link is 18 weeks old now! I can't wait for her eggs!
I just started practicing putting her harness on her and she's very funny. She'll throw a little fit when I'm trying to put it on her and then once it's on she won't walk and if she does she goes backwards! Lol I think it's because she thinks that if she goes backwards she'll be able to slip out of it.

I've never heard of a chicken harness! The only use for me would be walking my chickens around the fairgrounds at fairtime! hahaha, though I would like to see people's faces when they see a chicken on a leash...

How bout blue sex links? Can't wait for these guys to grow up. They're Ameraucana/barred Rock crosses, and she should lay green eggs.

Then a blue sex link cockerel, about 2 months..

and my pride and joy, a pretty blue sex link pullet with some decent lacing! She'll also be a blue/green egg layer. You can see the faint barring on her brother in the background.
