They look like Black Shoulder to me.

I would say Black Shoulder as well. It seems you have two hens and one male from that clutch. I'm new to Black Shoulder peafowl I'm just giving an opinion though it may not be 100% right. I just got my first Black Shoulder hen August 15 when she was 3 months old.

In this photo the one in back looks like a male while the other two seem like hens in my opinion.
